Local Tax Bureau Application GuidelinesThree Options for Providing the House Tax Bill
- Option A: Provide a photocopy of the most recent house tax bill.
- Option B: If unavailable, visit the local tax bureau in person to apply for a reissue or print a photocopy of the house tax payment certificate.
- Option C: If the building is over 50 years old and exempt from house tax, please apply for a House Tax Registration Certificate at the local tax bureau.

Property Lease Agreement & Owner Consent Form
The following must be attached simultaneously when processing registration:
- Property Lease Agreement: Must be a legally valid version.
- Building Owner’s Usage Consent Form: If the property is not self-owned, the landlord (owner) must personally sign consenting to the address being used for company/business registration.

1. National Taxation Bureau 10% Withholding: If the landlord is an individual residing within the territory of the Republic of China, the company is legally required to handle withholding when paying rent.
2. Second-Generation NHI Supplemental Premium 2.11%: When a single rent payment reaches the stipulated threshold, the company must withhold the second-generation NHI supplemental premium in accordance with regulations.
